For all those who want to develop new perspectives after periods of upheaval.

RESTART
Holistic individual coaching for social stabilization & activation according to §16K SGB

This measure is aimed at people who, after a period of interruption – for example due to illness, parental leave, caregiving responsibilities or migration – wish to regain stability in their everyday lives and develop new perspectives.

Many participants find themselves in a life situation where social, health-related, or emotional burdens make it difficult to see what the next steps will be. RESTART offers targeted support in these situations: In a safe and supportive environment, our experienced coaches help participants develop new routines, activate personal resources, and define realistic goals.

The aim is to jointly identify individual obstacles, strengthen self-confidence and – if desired – provide initial impetus for (re-)integration into the labor market.

In this way, RESTART creates a solid foundation for further development steps – be it in the social, personal or professional sphere.

RESTART provides targeted support to people facing complex life situations, helping them achieve social stabilization and develop new perspectives. The program bridges the gap between individual stress and a stable daily life – particularly in cases of psychological, social, or structural challenges.

Within the confidential setting of holistic one-on-one coaching, participants gain clarity about their current situation, activate personal resources, and develop new life and future perspectives. Whether following illness, migration, family time, or challenging life phases – RESTART strengthens self-efficacy, resilience, and everyday skills. In this way, stability, orientation, and the foundation for professional or personal development are gradually restored – individually, respectfully, and practically.
