Depending on the federal state, there are different requirements for working in early childhood education. However, employment as an integration aide with sufficient language skills and subsequent work in a residential care facility is guaranteed, as the providers themselves can determine suitability.

We will prepare you, through practical exercises, for pedagogical attitude, learning concepts, documentation work and parent-teacher conferences, prepare you for your work as a pedagogical assistant and integration worker and teach you the necessary technical language, in order to then go directly into employment subject to social security contributions.

In addition to a certificate of participation, you will receive an internal certificate from the organization, a First aid course for children, the Health certificate and a certificate about 2 supervision units provided.

CAREER PROSPECTS

With further training as a pedagogical support and integration specialist, foreign professionals from the fields of social work, nursing, teaching, and psychology can directly enter into employment subject to social security contributions. Foreign career changers with a migration background can also subsequently work in (refugee) residential care, as integration specialists, as kitchen assistants in schools/nursing homes, or as bilingual support staff in daycare centers.
