Strong women. Strong abilities. Strong opportunities.

FRAUKE - Women towards work, environment design, communication & empowerment
-Part-time, 3 days a week with 4 teaching units (3 hours) each day

Many women with a migration or refugee background bring professional experience, motivation, and potential – but a lack of digital skills often hinders their access to the job market. Applications, communication, and information gathering are now all done digitally – and this is precisely where FRAUKE comes in.

As part of the program, participants receive practical, job market-oriented application coaching: They learn how to create digital application documents, how to apply confidently via email, and how to prepare for video interviews. They also practice professional communication on the computer – both written and oral.

Instead of a general computer course, the focus is on an everyday and empowering approach: The women are specifically introduced to digital processes in order to gain more confidence and self-efficacy – tailored to their life reality and taking individual learning needs into account.

FRAUKE combines empowerment, language practice and digital skills – for a successful start to applications, qualifications or work.
