Professional pressure, conflicts, stress or uncertainties can jeopardize the stability of the employment relationship. "Stable at work" is a flexible individual coaching program (AVGS) that supports employees in securing their jobs and in specifically addressing challenges in their daily work.

Our experienced coaches support participants in analyzing stressors, reducing stress, and developing individual solution strategies – confidentially, practically, and resourcefully. Whether it's time management, communication, conflict resolution, or language proficiency: the goal is to regain motivation and maintain long-term stability in professional life. Entry is possible at any time. The measure can be carried out online (nationwide) or in person (Leipzig & Berlin).
