Coaching services at the WEIT Academy – individual, subsidized, nationwide

The WEIT Academy offers a wide selection of certified coaching measures to career guidance, stabilization and activation – individually tailored and to 100 percent eligible for funding with a Activation and Placement Voucher (AVGS) or about §16k SGB II.

Our coaching programs are designed for people who want to reorient their careers, return to work after a break, or plan their first steps in the job market. We support our participants personally, in a structured and resource-oriented way – online nationwide or in our offices in Berlin and Leipzig.

All measures are certified according to AZAV and can be fully financed by the job center or the employment agency.

FRAUKE – Women Towards Work
Group program for women with refugee or migration experience. Content: professional activation, digital skills, language support, empowerment.

Individual coaching for social and professional stabilization for people with complex life situations. Focus on coping with everyday life, developing future prospects, and participation.



German for professional purposes
Language coaching with practical professional vocabulary and targeted preparation for job applications, parent-teacher conferences, telephone calls and other professional communication situations.
