The following options are available: Areas such as healthcare, secretarial work, or administration.

This way you build on the general foundations of the basic module and additionally develop a specific profile, which significantly increases your chances of successful placement in the job market.

Advanced Module 1

  • This advanced module prepares participants for organizational roles in the healthcare sector. They learn patient communication, appointment and practice management, medical documentation, and how to use software and comply with legal regulations. This opens up opportunities in medical practices, outpatient clinics, hospitals, nursing and rehabilitation facilities, and public health departments. Key topics include:

  • This advanced module specifically qualifies participants for secretarial work. They learn to coordinate appointments, communicate professionally with clients and colleagues, manage correspondence effectively, and implement digital office organization. The goal is to prepare participants for structured, service-oriented, and reliable work in the secretarial departments of companies, educational institutions, or public administrations. Key topics include:
  • Job profile in secretarial work & typical workflows
  • Professional communication (telephone, reception, meetings)
  • Correspondence according to DIN 5008 (emails, letters, minutes)
  • Scheduling, calendar management, document management
  • Data protection, confidentiality & office etiquette
  • Organization & self-management (meetings, processes)

  • Advanced Module 3

  • This module provides practical skills for working in public administration and related organizations. Participants learn how to professionally interact with citizens, handle files and documents, use administrative software, and create official letters and notices. The module offers a solid foundation for entering or re-entering the public administration sector and related fields. Key topics include:
  • Job profile and role within the administration
  • Communication with citizens, clients, and colleagues
  • Administrative correspondence (notices, minutes, internal memos)
  • Digital administration and office applications (Word, Outlook, Excel)
  • Data protection and confidentiality in everyday public administration
  • Organization and self-management (deadlines, appointments, processes)
  • Conflict resolution and collaboration in the administrative environment
