Further training Integration & Inclusion Educator This program prepares you for work in daycare centers, schools, residential groups, and other educational institutions. You will learn to work with children, adolescents, and adults with diverse needs. cultural or linguistic background as well as with special needs to provide professional guidance and support. Through the combination of sound specialist knowledge, social work practice, and a supervised internship, you will acquire the skills to work as an additional educational specialist in the education and social sector.

  • Pedagogical practice in an inclusive context (support planning, dealing with autism, ADHD, dyslexia, etc.)
  • Developmental psychology & observation (0–25 years)

  • Practice-oriented work & methodological competence (daycare, school, residential care, refugee accommodations)
  • First aid for children & instruction on the Infection Protection Act (IfSG)
  • Social skills, crisis intervention & conflict resolution

  • School support & individual case assistance in daycare, school, residential group homes

As flexible as you need it to be

  • 4 months (3 months of theory with 520 teaching units and 1 month of practical training with 160 hours)
  • Full-time, Mon–Fri, 9:00–16:00, online face-to-face classes with lecturers

Course Objectives: The aim of this professional development program is to qualify participants for inclusive and integrative educational practice. Participants will learn to create support plans, consider diverse developmental and learning needs, and act in an intercultural and anti-discriminatory manner. A further focus is on communication and professional German language skills to ensure participants are linguistically and professionally confident in their ability to navigate the German job market. Through the integrated internship, participants gain valuable practical experience and improve their chances of successful integration into the job market.
