Course Objectives: Through an effective, proactive application process with market-relevant application documents, adapted to the demands of Industry 4.0, the aim is to achieve sustainable and resource-oriented integration into the education and job market. This involves not only discussing the individual modules theoretically, but also actively implementing them with the participants in individual coaching sessions. This not only increases the added value of the knowledge and skills imparted, but also provides a preventative foundation for proactive action. Because the process is implemented directly and practically with the participants, additional hours are required to cover the workload.
