Course Objectives: The aim of this training program is to prepare participants for support work in educational institutions. They will acquire fundamental knowledge in pedagogy, developmental psychology, and communication, and learn to professionally support and promote children and young people in their daily lives. A particular focus is placed on strengthening social skills and the confident use of professional language in an educational setting. Through practical exercises and an integrated internship, participants develop confidence in working with children, families, and teams. The course thus qualifies participants for direct entry as educational support staff and simultaneously creates a solid foundation for further training and professional development in the social and educational fields.
